Tomorrow we are embracing Meatless Monday. Dinner will be pasta with zucchini. Pictures and review to follow after dinner tomorrow.
Weekend was very good. So close to meeting my goal of 50 lbs lost in two months. Worked out for 2 1/2 hours on Sunday (treadmill - 1 hour, bike - 1 hour, weights - 30 minutes) and I was wiped out. Two a day workouts all week to meet my goal.
The new goal is total loss of 100 lbs by Christmas (started on August 2nd). I will keep you posted on my results.

New Socks

New Blog Home...I'm Back
I had to take some time off from my computer. I was in the middle of upgrading and reformatting and all that fun stuff. I have moved my blog to a new address. I will start posting again tonight. I have a lot to catch up on and review!!!
